Hank

Hank is a Belgian Draft. He quickly became a ranch favorite both because of his size and because of his obvious vulnerability. There is something heartbreaking about an animal of his size that seems to be afraid of his own shadow. He is coming along with all of the time that volunteers, big and small, have given him This big luv of a horse responds to a quiet manner and a patient hand.

Maverick

Maverick is a two year old Bay quarterhorse. He is currently learning some ground manners and will be an amazing horse for someone who is willing to take the time to train him.

Addy

Addy is a registered paint  and completely sound and rideable. She is currently being fostered by Cassie who is sure to fall in love with her!

Lucy

Lucy is the third of the feedlot rescue horses. She is a strawberry roan quarterhorse mare and rideable. She is currently being fostered by Katie who thinks she is perfect!

Vibrado

Vibrato is the two year old colt of Dancer. He is a bay Mustang pony with a ton of personality! He has learned some ground manners, has had a saddle and rider on his back, but is not yet broke to ride.

Big

Big is a six year old Thoroughbred that came off of the track. He still has some Laminitis issues but is sound when booted. He will require a rider with some experience.

Jasmine

Jasmine is a beautiful four year old bay Thoroughbred mare that was also part of the Thoroughbred rescue of 2008. Just like the other young horses and yearlings from this rescue, she had not had any handling or training. She didn't even know how to pick up her feet for cleaning. Jasmines temperament is as sweet as can be and she really wants to please but will still need some groundwork.

Firehouse Dancer

Firehouse Dancer is a really big gorgeous Chestnut Thoroughbred mare about twelve years old. She came to us in the Thoroughbred rescue of 2008, a few hundred pounds underweight and with a five month old colt still on her. She was raced on the track at two years old and had a few first place wins and has since been used as a brood mare. She is rideable but will need an experienced rider.
